Blue Aster is a strategic advisory firm that helps companies bridge the gap between an idea and its implementation. In any given year, consultants, boards, and executive teams generate numerous great ideas. These might involve a new product, a new operating model, participation in a new program, and more. When those ideas and the reality of implementation and testing collide, new data floods in and can overwhelm the people and the process. Blue Aster takes an entrepreneurial approach to refining critical assumptions and charting new paths.
Blue Aster provides discovery, building, and implementing support, taking ideas all the way from blank paper to results, or any range of plans in between. Sometimes work starts with an acknowledged but amorphous need to grow differently or sometimes it starts with a predefined project or audacious impact goal.
